Welcome! ---------------------------------------- Panem is a futuristic authoritarian state, built on the ruins of a place once known as North America. The nation is divided into 13 districts, and a ruling "capitol." To keep the districts in line, the capitol will select one male and female tribute from each district every year, to be brought to the capitol and forced to fight to the death in a specially designed arena. To ensure compliance at all times from the districts, the capitol also sends law enforcement units, also referred to as "peacekeepers" to each district. ---------------------------------------- To gain access to the peacekeeper team in-game, join this group!
