Welcome to the Reel Wheels main base, here we will assign missions to those who have joined our glorious movment. Here we shall take our first step towards taking over Brookhaven, as many of you may know Brookhaven has been a peacful land for all to inhabit. But this tomfoolery shall not stand any longer, we shall crush this peace and create a new world order where we shall live by the standard of survival of the fittest. The requirements to join this group are the following: 1. You MUST be in a wheel chair at all times to support the movment. 2. You must wear a mask that strikes fear into the hearts of those who oppose our grand regime. 3. You must always remember that you are greater than the scum who wish to live in bliss in Brookhaven. I am your leader; Captain wheels.
