Description
We are based of the equal right for all robloxians to make and publish hats, just as they can make shirts, pants, and places. For far to long a discussion for this has been passed along and ignored but now we are uniting fellow roboxians and adminastrators to push the matter back to topic around roblox and acomplish the goal of having all robloxians with the equal rights to make and create as they please with proper and appropriate textures and hats.
