The Elgen Private Security Company. Motto: Novus Ordo Glorificus Translation: 'Pride, Order, Honor' ------------------------------------ We are the Elgen. We created the MEI to treat and cure diseases. The MEI failed, creating a wave of energy that was sent throughout the hospital that it was being tested in. The result was catastrophic. The babies in the hospital that were hit with the wave were given abilities. Most died instantly or at an early age. We have taken it upon ourselves to find the children. ------------------------------------
