This is a dystopian future setting where the world was divided after a massive flood of many countries the devastation was horrifying the "InfoNeo" was formed after the flooding happened and it was made on to keep people safe from harm and from the floods that happen often. Our code of conduct goes as follows: I myself will not have others be affected by my own action's. Shall not spread hate to others for that is a wrongful thing to do and I will not have the groups I represent look bad. We are just starting this group so Bear with me please
