Claire is a historian who one day is assigned to write about an about-to-be-torn-down castle. Whilst exploring, she finds herself mesmerized in a well-preserved library, however, accidentally trips over a book pile and lands face flat onto a dusty mirror. When she awakens, she finds herself in the past. Uncovering a desire to prevent future war and chaos, Claire must help the village solve a homicide involving an important worker of the castle before it's too late and the war begins. But a second murder is about to strike... She must manage both timelines, the past and present; both have their conflicts whether it's unearthing a murderer or convincing public eyes that her "delusional" claims of the past are true.
