Only the uploaders (in this case: see "Upload Accounts" role) may get moderated for uploading this kind of stuff. But be Aware that if you are eligible to refund Robux for the items you purchased that can no longer be worn by your Avatar, do not agree to the agreement stated in the message if you have worn a "bypassed clothing" in the past that has been content deleted, else it might be a ground for termination of your account.
