Description

The New Saiyan Empire’s founding technically begins at the hands of Humans from Earth, who wanted to be Saiyans after somehow discovering the truth of Son Goku defeating the evil Majin Buu. To that end, they learned of the Dragon Balls that existed on Earth, and searched for them until they discovered the events known as the Shadow Dragon Wars (DBGT) in which the eternal dragon, Shenron, left with Earths Dragon Balls. But somehow they learned of the planet New Namek, and it’s Namekian people who originally created the Dragon Balls, and so they somehow acquired a space ship and traveled to the planet. When they arrived they practically begged the Elder Namekian to allow them use of the Dragon Balls, to which he agreed but on the condition that they stay on Namek for at least 4 Earth years to learn how to control their powers properly.
