The State Of Cascadia was founded in 1921 after Canada ditched the dead weight known as British Columbia, which merged with the State of Oregon and the State of Washington. The State of Cascadia has no standing National Guard, and in replace has a State Militia comprising of Special Operations Teams of Law Enforcement Agencies or volunteers from the public. (Yes, that is an L in the title. Someone stole State of Cascadia.)
