Praise Ohio! Based upon the foundations of the old world, an independent state of Ohio was formed. However, with no pure connection to the outside world, the waters that Ohio depend on are rocky and shallow, with no real standing hierarchy. The language barriers between those under civil service are evident, and the competence of those in high standing ranks are questioned. Rebel groups and other armed forces are looking into Ohio, and are not maintaining great standing with the state. Despite all this, Ohio stands... For an unknown amount of time...
