Description
OCTO-12 is an elite combative unit within WOAH, having very little information on it due to high clearance restricted combat operations, what is known is that they are the Organizations top, the super soldiers of WOAH. and a semi-Group of Interest that allies with specific foundations. However, it is a team that is mostly aimed at WOAH Laboratories, In which is formed from WOAH Laboratories. So of course their team is more prior to WOAH.
