Formed after a vote called Calexit, This breakaway nation centers its immense soft power in Silicon Valley, which dictates global digital and AI standards, while the massive Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach control the Western Hemisphere's busiest trade gateways. Its highly urbanized population thrives in bustling hubs like Los Angeles, the entertainment capital; San Francisco, the financial anchor; and San Jose, the technological core. Defensively, the republic commands a formidable Pacific navy operating out of San Diego's deepwater naval base, backed by a strategic non-aggression alliance with the US. Geographically diverse, the country feeds North America via Central Valley agriculture and protects world-famous landmarks, including the Golden Gate Bridge, Hollywood, Yosemite Valley, and the ancient Redwood Coast.
