San Andreas Fire Rescue The San Andreas Fire Rescue Department serves Blaine County and Los Santos during their most difficult times of trouble. The SAFR is responsible for all of the fire and medical calls in the state of San Andreas. San Andreas is filled with arsonists creating fires that roar through our buildings.
