The Yakuza is a society built upon honour and pride, where people of all origins are accepted. The Yakuza believe in fairness for all and are willing to fight to accomplish this goal, by whatever means necessary. Membership within the Yakuza is up to the Father and commands great respect throughout the Empire of Japan. The Father is the most respected member of the organization and in charge of accepting new people into the family. The Bosses are the heads of each Yakuza group or family. The Big Brothers are trusted and respected members of the organization and are superior to little brothers. The Little Brothers are members of the organization.
