Founded by BlueConX & Y_outt After the dismantlement and leave of the Tokyo Pact, the nations of Western Europe had no defense and or real protection against any tyrannical domestic powers, or foreign invaders from across the globe, ECTO was founded on the basis that would fill in that gap and create a European shield of protection ### all those who where within her borders. build on the basis that an attack of one ECTO member, shall be an attack on ALL ECTO Members.
