!大村 ! In the 12th Century, descents of the formerly disgraced Otomo clan occupied the shores of ZO Province under the leadership of Tal Ōmura, whom promptly founded the Ōmura Clan; then passed down to Daichi Himura. Growing their political influence within feudal Japan, the seafaring Ōmura largely benefited from employing foreign mercenaries among their ranks. Recognized by Japans Shogun, Ōmura became an honored clan amongst the land. Poverty and plague struck the province Ōmura inhabited creating instability and weakness. The Ōmura clan disbanded and since then had never been brought back until now.
