Capire's Independent Country. Leader: BrziLaza 2nd In Command (Major): Being Elected People's Representative's Council: doggamesuper and ChillOutbreak Weaponry and vehicles we use is now mobile friendly. We commonly use ACS (Advanced Combat System), A-Chassis, Gate Studios and Wolfenchan. Welcome to Capire! Capire is a group which is a 100% depending on its people only. The biggest part of it all is the RP, which allows anyone to own a house, a store, a car, anything in particular. The current position of Capire is eastern Poland and other territorial parts it now owns. NOTE: The former wars have ended and a almost-broken out civil war never happened so this group is currently free from any conflicts, actions may be difficult to pursue due to leadership changes.
