Description
After the New Union's declaration of independence, the Enclave invaded Vault 176 and successfully captured the territory. They established a Governor-General as their representative to pacify and lord over the occupied territory. The Enclave supported American nationalism and elitism, which came into play as they used their advanced technologies and superior resources to suppress the New Union. They saw the New Union's democratic values as weak, and believed their authoritarian tactics would lead to stability and progress in the region.
