Responsible for the defense of the African homeland, Mahant Libya is the foremost source of manpower for the Carthaginian war-machine. It is led by the Rab Mahanet, it's field commander and his deputy the Rab Uger. ₪▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬₪ Activity is the #1 thing that will lead to a promotion.
