Or to train other recruits in your division? Request a recommendation from your division's CO or XO to join and become a honorable officer in the |US| Military Academy! ==============About Us============== The Officer Candidate School is created to train officer cadets into qualified officers in the |US| Military Academy. The Graduated Officers are split into two types - Training Officers and Field Officers. Training Officers are trained to instruct other recruits in the academy or in another division. Training Officers are often easier to become but are not authorized to command troops in combat. Field Officers are able to command and lead troops during battle, however, it is harder to earn the rank. ============Official Motto============ "Standards, No Compromise" -Officer Candidate School
