We encourage creativity and innovation that inspires of excites the mind in both a logical or emotional way however that may be, examples include art made by a graphics designer to a mind boggling script. Although this may all seem like a strict dictation we strongly in courage fun jokes stories and etc on the group wall to give us inspiration or a good chuckle evey time we look at the wall. Although we do encourage innovation all members absolutely need to understand the line between innovation and copying.
