Description
Established in late 1956, the Christian Community Initiative, or CCI, is a non-profit humanitarian and equal rights organization based out of Hoover. With fundraising and large-scale aid at its base, the CCI makes community recovery the core of its agenda. In addition, missions carrying the Protestant word are a secondary goal suited primarily for more financially stabilized areas, along with movements for equal rights and multi-cultural unity.
