𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝙎𝙀𝘾𝙐𝙍𝙀. 𝘾𝙊𝙉𝙏𝘼𝙄𝙉. 𝙋𝙍𝙊𝙏𝙀𝘾𝙏. The SCP Foundation, in recent years, has had a common goal: to learn about threats unknown to the world, to study those threats, and to grow and adjust to the situations presented to the Foundation. Now is the time to change that goal. Operating clandestine and worldwide, the Foundation operates beyond jurisdiction, empowered and entrusted by every major national government with the task of containing anomalous objects, entities, and phenomena. These anomalies pose a significant threat to global security by threatening either physical or psychological harm.
