𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢 𝐃𝐞𝐫𝐚 𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢 The House of Spani was one of the most powerful Albanian Feudal Families in Northern Albania, with it's domains stretching from Shala, Shosh, Nikaj-Mërtur and Pult. In 1444 Peter Spani cooperated with the League of Lezhë and as it took they took up their arms against the Ottoman Empire. The Spani family originated from the Shpani Tribe and were first mentioned in 1330 as wealthy traders.
