The Barklen Department of Public Safety is the state agency primarily responsible for licensure and certification of emergency service personnel and public safety agencies within the State of Barklen. The BDPS is comprised of three bureaus: the Peace Officer Standards and Training Bureau, Emergency Management Bureau, and the Ranger Bureau, which acts as the enforcement branch of the BDPS.
