Description

The scientific method is a logical problem-solving sequence used by scientists all around the world. It's used to explain the natural world. The sequence may vary, but it's: 1) Observation: Use your five senses to gather data from the natural world. e.x. My spaghetti is all gone. 2) Question: Ask a question you want to know the answer to based on your observation. e.x. Somebody touched my spaghetti? 3) Hypothesis: This is a possible explanation to your question that can be proved or disproved. A prediction is also included in-favor of the hypothesis. Hypothesis: Maybe my son touched my spaghetti. Prediction: If my son touched my spaghetti then he'll tell me the truth. 4) Experiment: Actively test the hypothesis and prediction. e.x. Confront my son regarding the touching of spaghetti. 5) Conclusion: Decide whether or not the hypothesis is true. e.x. The hypothesis is false. Mom told son that my uncle did it, but I don't have a brother...

Growth

Growth history is still building. We hold one measurement for this entry. A trend needs at least two, taken days apart — so this will fill in on its own rather than being estimated. We do not publish numbers we have not measured.
