This group acts as a central and private discussions area for Members of TitanXIV's UNSC from the following Divisions: Military Intelligence(MI), Central Command(CC), High Command(HC), Secretary General(SG), Fleet Admiral of the Navy(FN) and Commander in Chief(COM) ============================================================== 1) Anyone in this Committee who does not belong will be Kicked without warning and may be held for questioning 2) Key members who do not meet the Division requirements may join if invited by 2 members of HC or by either SG, FN or COM 3) any votes or debates are to be set up on the Wall (HC+ votes count for 2, CC for 1.5 and MI for 1 Sir Sneaky's vote is instant approval of that option) 4)All wall discussions must be conducted seriously and with Decent Grammar. 5)You may only vote once, If about people, you cannot vote for yourself. 6) Rule additions need 10 points, Alliances need 20 and war requires 25 and SG/FA approval ============================
