SECURE. CONTAIN. PROTECT. The SCP Foundation is a clandestine organization that contains and studies anomalous items, entities, phenomena, and locations. The Foundation's 13 Overseers run, maintain, and control everything in the Foundation and are the all seeing eyes. This group is based on The 001 Proposal: The Ouroboros Cycle. To gain entry to the group, you need a fundamental understanding of the SCP Foundation while also being friends with me. Roles: Factotum: Personal assistants, bodyguards, and body doubles for the O5 Council members. They have an incredible amount of power within the Foundation, almost always holding a Level 5 Clearance. It is common for them to have anomalous powers or to be anomalous beings themselves. Red Right Hand: The Council's personal Mobile Task Force protects the O5 Council and often performs missions on behalf of the Council.
