Description
Memberism is the Clan Ideology where the focus of the clan are the members. It's goal is to establish maximum representation and participation of the members without hindering the clan's ability to effectively decide action, progress, and change to the constantly changing clan world. To achieve this goal, the clans which choose to follow this ideology will create polls and suggestion threads, instate a semi-democratic system, and encourage member participation in development and culture. Basic Ideas: 1. Freedom of Voice and Service 2. Right to Petition 3. Right to Justice 4. Right to Representation 5. Other Individuals' Ideologies
