Welcome to JAYMALLS (preserved for archive purposes) Formed from the merger of Greenwood Properties and JMC Jaymalls 2017 - 2026 (Formerly Greenwood & JMC) was a American Mall And Shopping Centers Company Owned by GamerJayB (and the company of the same name) which owned multiple of malls including Greenwood, Springdale, Northwoods, JMALL, The Shops At The East Haywood Mall Forestview Denville Plaza, Skygate Center, In June 2025 it was reported Jaymalls has lost half of its shoppers for the first time ever this is likely due to the decline of Roblox Retail interest and less malls Jaymalls still was in business until 2026 when Jaymalls filled for its second Bankruptcy in April 2026 and it was announced in late April Jaymalls would start to wind down all operations in (Buildworld) Standalone Malls and move all businesses to Build lsland
