We are a long established and growing set of civil barristers’ chambers, with a modern outlook and a real commitment to client care. In contrast to many other civil sets, 12KBW is able to offer a service to clients, both claimants and defendants, from the smallest portal or small claims track case, to the most complex legal point in the Supreme Court or European Court of Justice. We cover civil and employment cases throughout England and Wales, employment cases in Scotland, and a range of cases in other jurisdictions. Our expertise The depth and breadth of the expertise of our barristers, together with the ethos of working together in the interests of our clients, marks us out in the marketplace. Whilst we are all self-employed barristers, 12KBW has always prided itself on its cohesive and supportive.
