| INFORMATION | The 501st Legion was one of the most elite legions within the Empire, capable of fielding many specialized units, the 501st were so elite due to the specializations of their members and the harsh training and instruction Lord Vader would give as their personal commander. The 501st legion was equipped to fight whatever battles that Lord Vader needed them for and elite enough to carry out operations and tasks that the average stormtrooper was incapable of such as fighting or deploying against Jedi or other tough foes the Empire wanted eradicated.
