The GOC, or the Global Occult Coalition, is an organization within the foundation's sights. It is a group of governments, secret societies, and other organizations that are dedicated to containing and neutralizing anomalous threats to national and global security. The GOC is often portrayed as competing with the SCP Foundation and is known for its use of extreme and controversial tactics to deal with anomalous entities.
