Overview: The Department of External Affairs [DEA] is responsible for the creation and relations with outside GOIs (or otherwise Group Of Interests) these GOIs are crucial to SCPF, as they bring a total new experience to the foundation. DEA and CI (example, or otherwise Chaos Insurgency) may set up raids to attack a certain party, these raids aren’t done together; rather against each other. It’s either the foundation attacking the CI homebase, or CI attacking the foundation. However, CI isn’t the only GOI and DEA can set up more in future time. Entrance: Pass the DEA application.
