OBCA is a method to join, and learn how to fly, or get their licence to fly a plane and apply it to other groups so they can make you their pilot. RULES: -No cussing -No disrespecting HRs, even LRs -Only OBC ROBLOXians may be an HR -HRs are not allowed to Exile a ROBLOXian only if he has a good reason ------------------------------------------------------------------------ If you want to be an HR, PM the other HRs in the group. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ HRs need to find other Airways groups related to BC, TBC, or OBC. ------------------------------------------------------------------------
