ဘုရင့်တပ်မတော် 𝐑𝐎𝐘𝐀𝐋 𝐁𝐔𝐑𝐌𝐄𝐒𝐄 𝐀𝐑𝐌𝐘 ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬༻🦚༺▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ The Royal Burmese Army Also known as Bayint Tattaw, served as the principal military force of the Konbaung dynasty, sworn to the Crown, and the Kingdom of Burma. The Army underwent gradual military modernization, adopting improved firearms, uniformed formations, modern tactics, and more organized command structures According to European Standards. Formerly composed of wartime field levies and a limited standing force, the army was reorganized into a more professional Infantry Brigades, comprising the Six Outer Brigades — Apyin Chauk Su — and the Six Inner Brigades — Atwin Chauk Su — under the Crownland Corps, while retaining specialized regiments, provincial forces, and Elite Palace Guard Regiments. The Army's Primary Role include Policing, Suppressing Rebellions, conducting royal campaigns, defence of frontier and strengthen the kingdom against colonial expansion and foreign pressure. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬༻🦚༺▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
