External Affairs personnel are responsible for ensuring managing Groups of Interest and ensuring that all relations with alliances are well. The Department of External Affairs is a civil department which is given the ability to manage Site Beta's allies and enemies alongside collecting information on said Groups of Interest. External Affairs high-ranks may conduct votes on which Groups of Interest may be deemed as official Site Beta allies and enemies. Information gathered on said Groups of Interest are classified to External Affairs personnel.
