You need to be active, be nice to everyone including outside of the faction, listen to rules and do not command people. Rule #1: Do not be toxic. Rule #2: Treat people nicely in the faction. Rule #3: Do not ask for roles over and over again. Rule #4: Do not kick or invite people without my permission. (this rule only applies to officers obviously.)
