Over the course of Palpatine's reign, COMPNOR served as a political tool for the dissemination of state-sponsored propaganda throughout the Empire. In addition, COMPNOR was also an umbrella organization that consisted of multiple sub-divisions, such as the Imperial Security Bureau, COMPNOR's paramilitary unit COMPFORCE, and many others. "LOYAL?
