The Chaos Insurgency is a group of rogue Foundation members that consistently hold raids on SCP Foundation Sites. The main goal is to find assets of the Foundation, steal them, and cause as much destruction as possible. The Chaos Insurgency uses regimes and other corrupt governments to collect funds.
