ᅠᅠ ᅠ ᅠᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠLEGIO I GERMANICA ᅠᅠ ᅠ ᅠᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ"THE FIRST LEGION" Legio I Germanica, the first legion of the Imperial Army, was originally founded in 48 BC by Gaius Julius Caesar to fight for him in the civil war against Pompey. Possessing unparalleled experience from their conquests of Gaul and their namesake participation in the Germanic Wars, the First Legion was unmatched in their ability to be victorious against all odds. The First Legion is grounded in tradition, constantly revising and improving their combat doctrine. They utilise a strict combination of prodigal commanders, proficient soldiers and ingenious engineers to overcome their adversaries. The Legion bore the sigil of Julius Caesar, the Taurus. This paid him homage, and also reminded the enemies Augustus who would come for them first. Countless times the First Legion found itself against all odds, and countless times their enemies were vanquished; regardless of strength or number.
