One day back in the early days of ROBLOX many many months ago, There was a account named koopa who had been blessed with an holy idea. That idea was to create a forum called off-topic, he then declared the holy phrase "Off-Topic Forum Idea! Seeing as how there are soooo many spam threads out there, why dont we have a Off-Topic Forum. By creating this we would lessen down on the threads in our general discussion forum that have nothing to do with Roblox... I know this isnt very descriptive.... but i am figureing that most of you know what a "Off-Topic Forum" is. I have some other ideas that could go along with this, but i will hold off on them for now, just to see if anyone is with me on this idea.
