Description

Force Reconnaissance is a special operation capable force that offers intelligence to the main elements in a battleground, this intelligence can be gathered either in air, ground or on the sea. Our operations include various things such as airborne, heliborne, submarine and waterborne insertions and extractions, they are similar to those of the Navy SEALs, Army Green Berets, and Air Force Combat Controllers do, however Force Recon's missions and tasks differ slightly with a focus on primarily supporting Marine expeditionary and amphibious operations. Our special unit VBSS (Visit, Board, Search and Seizure) is the unit which handles the operations in marine environments, these include for example counter terror and getting rid of any pirate or smuggling activity. Force Reconnaissance VBSS unit also plays a role as the main assault element in MRF (Military Reaction Forces), the MRF is a conventional force that is capable of many 'SOF-like' missions, like the MV Sun Express raid.
