Description
The Civil Workers Union, or CWU for short, is an organization for citizens who have voluntarily become workers or laborers in the citizen/city administration run group in whichever area has it needed or available (eg; combine controlled cities), which manufactures or produces food, tools, power, clothing etc. The group is basically a large civilian workforce controlled by the C.W.U manager, who, in turn told what to do by City Administration ministers (which usually happens in the case of a small change, like factory shift orders or changes to the way the CWU runs etc.) The manager, who is chosen by the City Administration, is no more respected than a mid tier ranking loyalist, and generally should be treated like one in most cases. He is no special snowflake or special half-minister citizen type. Managers usually don't last long; and it’s not uncommon for one to mess up and be very quickly replaced. The manager is treated like any low to mid ranking worker.
