It also evaluates current HiCom members for hosting and administrative standards. ▬▬▬▬▬ -- △ -- ▬▬▬▬▬ TMP follows a 5-Phase System, the rank of Manager is achieved upon graduation of the Management Program. Entry into TMP is by application or selection, but handpicked candidates must prove themselves.
