Description
The "Department of External Combative Act's" also known as "D.E.C.A." acts as the Corporation's external iron fist. Anytime something can't be handled in a formal manner via the Department of Control, it's the job of D.E.C.A. to step in and give that last big push to get what they want. Outside of handling affairs D.E.C.A. may also get sent to external locations to assist business partners.
