Description
After the rapid conquering that had left Caesar’s Legion at the edges of the Mojave, Caesar received news of unrest and raids occurring on the rest of his empire back east. He sent Legate Lanius, his second in command, to lead his cohort back east to deal with the tribals and reinforce the Legion’s iron grip on their territory. Caesar also took Gaius Magnus along with him to help with completing his quest, one of the most skilled centurions he had under his command. Lanius completed his mission quickly, once again striking fear into the degenerate tribal groups on the outskirts of Caesar’s lands. He found himself striking deeper and deeper into foreign unclaimed territory to claim more land for the Legion. Soon, he found himself completely separated from the original Legion. He raided the surrounding tribal communities not to claim them for Caesar’s holy mission, but out of his own bloodlust and need for war.
