Each of the command has had to go through the core and its ranks. The core is made up into phases, each teaching something different. To pass the phase one must master it. The phases are the key aspects of what to be and do as a Enforcer in Zifus. -How to become an Enforcer... The process to becoming an enforcer is no easy task. First one must apply to the enforcer core and be accepted. Once accepted one must complete the ranks of the enforcer core without failure. Once one has graduated they must meet with the Zifus council and tell of their plans and goals with Zifus. Then finally the council will take a vote, for them to become an enforcer or not.... -Phases...
