Description
The Digitalization Department is in charge of computing physical documents into digitalized versions to keep on a secure network. The explanation behind the department's purpose is for the insurance from information misplacement, disappearance, or destruction. The usefulness of this department builds a stronger defense from losing information altogether. If the network crashes, physical records are still kept safe in a secure environment just the same as the other way around.
