Description

The Army was formed by General George Washington on June 14, 1775 as the United States Military’s primary land warfare branch. The Army is the U.S. Military’s largest branch. At its’ peak in World War II, the United States Army was estimated to have had 8,000,000-11,000,000 active personnel.
